Something isn't working, a result looks wrong, or you need help interpreting a score. Include a screenshot or the topic you searched — the data layer is transparent, so we can usually diagnose quickly.

Vulnerability disclosure. PGP key on request. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to triage within 72. Please do not file security issues via the support channel.

Privacy & data

Data access, deletion, or export requests. We honour GDPR and CCPA. Identity verification is required for deletion to prevent account takeover.

A note on response time

We are intentionally small and we ship product on most weekdays, so support replies typically land within one business day. Security disclosures are faster; partnership pitches are slower because we review them carefully. If something is genuinely urgent, mark the subject line accordingly and we will treat it that way.

We do not use a chatbot on the support channel. The person who reads your message is the person who built the feature.
